Integrated Cleaning Systems CIP
Being on a cleaning mode the production line works using closed type of cleaning process. Such system is based on interaction of different units being washed with CIP-station. The process is going on unmanned, automatic way, being controlled electronically for separate units of a bottling line, such as bottling unit, saturator, and others. The CIP station consists of several reservoirs for chemicals and CIP block. The system is connected to the machine units by piping and taps. As "monoblock" as "triblock"- type of bottling machines are equipped with special facilities for cleaning them in closed cycle cleaning process.
The cleaning process can be carried out separate ways, unit by unit, or for all machine units at once.
All the process goes in operation by means of co-functioning of such CIP-station elements of as taps, detectors of level, pumps, heaters and others being guided by the controller electronically.
Control System
The bottling machines we build are being performed using it their construction last modern control systems including electronic controllers, optical detectors, level, and flow detector, end-switchers, pressure detectors, such working elements as electric valves, switches, electric motor and others. The microprocessor collects signals from all detectors in all points processing them further into the commands. The signals about possible system malfunctions are being displayed on the screen, so the operator can react and act in time.
The control system is build up as an open-type, being based on several electronic controllers responsible for each of the separate units, so that it makes possible to control whole the technological line. For example, in case of overloading the production line in some places, it is possible to slow down the units before the line (by the slowing down the conveyor speed, as example).
The process control systems are equipped with last new technology elements, for example with ultrasonic level control as for bottling unit.

The modern powerful designing tools both for making technical documentation and software programming are being a key element for solid performance of our machinery. Starting from the concept and design we use 3-D graphical programs. All the materials used in building up of our machines are approved according EU norms and product requirements. Our production system is also based on high quality metal processing tools and on a mastercraft of highly qualified experienced personnel.
