The machines of Arrow series are designed for filling production lines of medium and high velocity ranges. These are typical rotary machines for bottling of liquid food products with the production velocity range up to 20 000 uph. Depending on the option they can work with different types of bottles, such as: glass or PET, using different types of caps ("snap-on" plastic, threaded aluminium, twist-off crown type, ect.). Depending on the version it is possible to fill different liquid products such as mineral water, carbonated soft drinks, beer. It is also possible to bottle vegetable oil using volumetric method.

The Arrow series are built based on the open module scheme. The machines include the following modules as rinsing, filling and capping. All this modules are put together using one common main drive.

The machines are designed with accordance to European safety regulations and labelled with the "CE" mark. In construction of our filling equipment we use the best quality components from companies widely known all over the World.

The compact design of our machines allows both as for minimizing of their installation area as for reduction of personnel number.

Depending on the type of main tank and filling process methods the Arrow series can be divided for the following use:

  • Arrow PET - for filling into PET – type bottle from 0.2 to 3.0 l capacity by mineral water (carbonated or not carbonated), sweet soft beverages or by drinks such as Russian "kwas" or beer.
  • Arrow Glass - used for filling of the glass bottles and capping them by a threaded-type aluminium cap, also for by mineral water (carbonated or not carbonated), sweet soft beverages or by drinks such as Russian "kwas" or beer.
  • Arrow Volumetric - used for filling-up by a volumetric method glass or PET-type bottles with vegetable oil.
  • Arrow Big - for bottling of mineral non-carbonated water into a PET-type bottle from 3,0 l to 7,0 l capacity.
  • Arrow Clean - machines used for filling-up by a electronic method glass HDPE, PET-type bottles sensitive food products shelf life.
