The machines are designed for rinsing, bottling and capping of 5-gallon capacity bottles. They consist of three main sections such as: rinsing, bottling and capping.

The tunnel-type rinser performs a complete cycle, which includes a bottle rinsing, its disinfection and the final rinsing. The washing solvent can be warmed up by steam or by electrical heater. There is an automatic system for bottle conveying to the rinser together with transmitting of a bottle further for bottling and finally for capping. The machine is being equipped with one pouring head which performs the process of bottle filling in two stages, so that prevents any water spill-outs. The machine is performed with one automatic capping head unit. The total construction, including piping, washing & rinsing pumps is made of stainless steel 304.

The machine is very friendly both in operation and service having detachable covers so that allows for an easy access to inner elements of the rinsing section. The process of bottle washing and rinsing can be also monitored through the windows made it the tunnel. There is an integrated system of bottle conveying from the rinser to the bottling section and further for capping.
