In ZBU series we offer the range of automatic capping machines for capping up of plastic bottles of different types with different of caps. Our capping units have from 1 to 10 capping heads.

Production velocity range: from 3,000 to 12,000 uph.

In standard version the unit the machine has protective shields mage of stainless steel and plexiglass, with accordance to CE norms.

The automatic capping machine is performed as a solid and simple construction which is checked by the time and it is built from the materials of high quality. All that does not make any problem during the machine’s exploitation. The capping head of the unit are equipped with magnetic clutches. There is also option available for an additional installation of UV lamp for caps. Such a solution allows to preserve the product for much longer time.

The capping machine is equipped with end switchers installed on it's the "stars" and the worm gear which switch the unit off in case of it's overloading. This serves for a longer machine's life span.

In standard version the machine is also delivered with the sensor of the cap's presence. That assures that the enough quality of caps is available at the outlet gage. In case there is no cap's supply from the caps receiver and orientation device (or if the personnel is temporally away to fill it up), the sensor gives a command to put the machine on stand-by. To the entrance and at the exit from the machine there are also bottle presence sensors installed. They control the machine, putting it on and off if required.

The ZBU capping units can be also equipped for using caps SPORT–CAP type.
