Install-up
The machinery we produce is to be finally installed up and checked by our specialists. Only after that normally project comes to it's final stage.
Our implementation and service department will assemble, install and check the machinery you ordered using all the latest tools and programming available. The STM specialists have also wast hands-on experience in maintenance and service of the machinery we install.
The project implementation stage also includes training of the personnel for your machines. That all together will make sure that your machines will run in proper way and guarantee a high quality of the final product you deliver to the market.
Service
You will get our advice and support from STM service personnel before, during and after the installation and start up of your equipment. Our team of mechanical and electrical engineers can fix your problems in the shortest time possible, helping you to reduce or just avoid expensive shutdowns and outages.
We also provide additional services such as inspection, overhauling, planned maintenance and training of personnel either at our plant or on your site.
The machines are covered by 12-month guarantee period.

We offer spare parts for all machines sold by us, by which we create for our Customers the possibility to secure their own stock of spare parts.
